Hi I'm Golibe, I'm obsessed with pizza and doughnuts. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism.
Why volunteer for Maidstone Radio?
To be apart of an amazing community and share stories with a community. Plus from a young age I’ve always wanted to work in radio and just talk as I love to talk and interact with people. I studied Broadcast Journalism at university and got some experience from radio stations like Folkestone Academy and Capital FM East Midlands and I got hooked on radio. Once I got an opportunity from Maidstone radio I couldn’t say no.
What genre of music do you like?
I love a bit of everything but RnB has my heart.
You’re hosting a dinner party and must invite 3 famous people, who would you choose and why?
I would invite Barack Obama as he would tell a lot of great stories, can I try and sneak Michelle Obama in as well. Then my second guest would be Michael B Jordan because he’s my celebrity crush and finally Reese Witherspoon as I think she would be a lot of fun but will be giving amazing wisdom at the same time.
