Ian “The Wombat” Davidson: I have spent some sixty six years in broadcasting starting in Australia in country radio at 2RG Griffith NSW in 1954. Highlights include offshore Radio London taking Tony Blackburn’s place in 1967 as Ian Damon, 2CH in Sydney 1970/71 and at London’s Capital Radio from 1974 to 1979.
